NOTE: Your Registration by Check is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email due to the "delay" with "snail-mail". Registrations by Credit Card are received faster.

We suggest you register early as most years fill up fast.

 

In addition to the Registration Application, you will need to make arrangements for room and board. This may be done either at the Epworth By The Sea facility or one of the nearby hotels

Registration Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancel Before 11/30/2017 refund will be $100.00
  2. Cancel Between 12/1/2017 and 12/31/2017 refund will be $80.00
  3. No refund for cancellations received after 12/31/2017
  4. Email cancellation requests to: januaryadventure237@gmail.com
  5. All refunds will be made by check
  6. Please include your registration ID number, name you registered with, and address so we can mail your refund check
