Registrations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration payments may be either by credit card or by check. Our preference is payment by credit card. If you have any difficulty with registration please feel free to email or call Peter McCall at 770-329-6156. It may take a day or two to get a response.


We suggest you register early as most years fill up fast.


In addition to the Registration Application, you will need to make arrangements for room and board. This may be done either at the Epworth By The Sea facility or one of the nearby hotels

Registration Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancel Before 10/31/2018 the refund will be $100.00
  2. Cancel Between 11/1/2018 and midnight 12/15/2018 the refund will be $65.00
  3. No refund for cancellations received after 12/15/2018
